Tang Chee Meng
Restaurant owner, Singapore — "Tropical Delights"
When the dinner rush hits, Tang can stay with his guests — not disappear into tangled chats.
When the Friday dinner rush begins, Tang wants to be present with his guests and his team — not hunting through a phone full of crossed wires. Weekend hiring, the kids’ holiday plans and a sensitive lease negotiation all matter to him, but they should never compete for the same conversation space.
At home, tang.cm owns the tang-family-sg Community Space: one warm, private place for family plans, tuition reminders, holiday ideas, shared shopping and looking after the home and their parents. At work, tropical-delights owns a separate company Community Space. Tang can thank the whole team or announce a bonus in #everyone, while each of his three branches handles shifts, stock and the daily rush in its own groupspace.
Giving each part of his life its own lane brings back a little calm: a family Community Space for home, a groupspace per branch for the restaurants, a Smigig handle for finding weekend help, a CommercialUnits alt for the next F&B-ready unit, and a Simlaxy handle for the franchise dream he's only just beginning to share.
